Sam Squire is a highly experienced, creative and enthusiastic food stylist and home economist. She has worked extensively within TV, Advertising, PR, events, film and independently with many top celebrity chefs.

Sam's work has been featured in numerous cookery books and magazines and she continues to work writing and developing recipes and food styles for upcoming publications. Having started out as a trained chef, she also works as a food consultant and advisor both here in the UK and also in America.
